Webasy LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, commodity trading adviser, or other regulated financial entity in any jurisdiction. Phihelm is a software platform that provides pattern detection, market-data visualization, AI-assisted analysis, and order routing for use with brokerage accounts you independently open and fund.

All trade execution is performed by your chosen brokerage (Charles Schwab, Alpaca, Topstep, or others) under that brokerage’s account agreement. Phihelm is not the broker of record and does not custody funds, securities, or futures positions.

Any pattern detections, convergence scores, AI evaluations, close-direction forecasts, lotto recommendations, options-flow alerts, or other content displayed in Phihelm is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a buy or sell recommendation, not a solicitation, and not personalized investment advice. You alone decide whether to act on any signal, and you alone bear the consequences.

Backtest results, historical hit-rate calibrations, win/loss statistics, and any other performance figures shown in Phihelm reflect historical or hypothetical performance. They do not account for execution quality, slippage, liquidity constraints, broker fees, regulatory fees, tax consequences, or your individual psychology. Past performance of any strategy or pattern does not guarantee future results.

Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. There are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.

Options and futures contracts involve leverage and can result in rapid and substantial losses, including losses greater than your initial investment.

Short-dated options, including same-day expiry (“0DTE”) options, are particularly volatile. Their value can decay to zero within hours, and they are not suitable for inexperienced traders.

Before trading options you should review the OCC’s “Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options” (the “Options Disclosure Document”), available from the Options Clearing Corporation and your broker. Before trading futures, review your broker’s futures-specific risk disclosures and ensure your account permits the products you intend to trade.

No software platform is immune to defects, latency, broker outages, market- data interruptions, or execution delays. Phihelm includes risk-management features (stop-loss support, daily-loss guards, latency monitoring) as a safety net, but they are not a substitute for actively monitoring your open positions and your account at the broker.

A loss of internet connectivity, browser crash, power outage, or broker-side incident may prevent Phihelm from receiving fills, sending orders, or applying risk rules. You are responsible for monitoring your positions through your broker even when using the Service.

If you use Phihelmwith a prop-firm account (Topstep, Apex, Earn2Trade, or similar), you remain bound by the prop-firm’s rules, including daily loss limits, trailing drawdown, position limits, scaling plans, and news-event restrictions. Phihelmprovides configurable guards intended to respect these rules, but compliance with your prop-firm’s rules is your sole responsibility. Violation of those rules may result in termination of your prop-firm account by the firm.

By using Phihelm, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that trading involves substantial risk of loss, and that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
