Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how subscriptions to Phihelm are billed, cancelled, and refunded by Webasy LLC.

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee, through the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal accessible from your account’s “Manage subscription” link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access until that date.

2. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Subscription fees cover access for the full billing period that has been paid (monthly or annual). We do not pro-rate or refund unused days within an active billing period. After cancellation, no further charges are made.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests outside the policy above are reviewed case-by-case. We consider requests in good faith and may issue a discretionary refund where the Service was substantially unavailable, where a duplicate charge was made in error, or where local consumer-protection law requires a refund. Send refund requests to [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge in question.

4. Failed Payments and Renewal

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry per its standard dunning schedule. During this window your account remains active. If retries fail, your subscription is marked unpaid and access ends. You can update your payment method through the Customer Portal at any time to restore access.
